Hamid Ryan Kazemi is a professional in oral and maxillofacial surgery: the reconstruction, restoration, and ultimate total correction of dental issues. Dr. Kazemi majored in Dentistry at University of Maryland College Park and then attended the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine, where he received a dental degree in 1990. During his time at UPenn Dr. Kazemi earned the Morton Amsterdam Award, and he has been inspired to challenge himself as a dental educator and innovator ever since.

Following his dental degree, Dr. Kazemi then interned at the Albert Einstein Medical Center in Philadelphia and immersed himself in surgical training at Washington Hospital Center in Washington, DC. He became the chief resident at Washington Hospital Center before eventually earning his certification in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. Dr. Kazemi has been in practice since 1997, and over the course of nearly two decades he has distinguished himself as an expert in numerous specialty procedures.

Dr. Kazemi stands out in the industry because in addition to his practice, he is a prolific speaker, coach/mentor and author. He has given multimedia presentations to local and national industry organizations, the topics of which range from his procedure specialties to general practice management. He is also a coach and mentor to other dentists, helping them revamp and utilize the most efficient business systems possible.

Over the years Dr. Kazemi has held a leading role in the fields of dental implants and grafting, and he founded and directed numerous study clubs based on dental and implant procedures in his local area. He continues to be involved with Millennium Dental Study club and the Oral and Facial Enhancement Study Club.

A respected member of numerous industry associations, such as the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and the Academy of Osseointegration, Dr. Kazemi’s services are sought after by major organizations such as D.C.
